There is no Management at all. Though the management sits in the office for 20 hours straight but still they can't manage anything. Professionals are treated as they are slaves and management does not know how to talk to them. Salary is never on time and gets deducted without any cause! Nothing new to learn. Nothing at all to learn. Employees get fired for no reason.
