The smaller environment makes for more knowledge of the property and fellow associates. The historic facility. There is a monthly employee recognition luncheon.
Cons
There is an obvious separation between corporate and the property. Top management often micromanages lower management and hourly employees. The property is understaffed. Pay is not comparable to surrounding properties.
