Pros
Met some lovely people Was given a new company laptop
Cons
Extremely difficult working environment, witnessed clear examples of bullying. As a guy the atmosphere wasn't nearly as bad but the women in the company were often belittled, bullied and overlooked. Clear case of favouritism nearly all of the senior positions are filled by close friends of the owners/inner circle. I knew of few people that started working there as "clean hires" with no existing connections to employees. I'm used to overtime and long hours being from a marketing background but the hours you're expected to put in and the care and benefits you get back from the company are extremely unbalanced. Often expected to work weekends, must be available to be contacted at all hours, even when on holiday i was receiving whatsapps asking for work.
