First of all, thank you for taking the time to write a review, we welcome every opportunity for constructive feedback so we may better support our teams. However, we are saddened to see that your impression of Goat is so poor, particularly given what appears to be a short tenure with us. We genuinely hope to provide all employees and candidates with a positive experience regardless of how long or short their time with Goat may be. Furthermore, we are deeply concerned about your allegations of bullying and would very much like to speak with you about your experience so we can investigate effectively and ensure our people feel safe and happy at work. We not only actively invest in health and wellbeing initiatives to support this goal, but are also constantly working to ensure our staff have the opportunity to report any concerns they have to senior leadership and our dedicated people team. Regarding your comment on ‘poor salary’, we are a business that greatly values the long term view and feel our opportunities for progression are not only attainable but also at a level not matched within the advertising industry. Your criticisms are concerning and we would appreciate it if you could reach our People tema so they can understand why your experience was negative.
