0 progress reviews through my probation. Awful management communication meaning I didn't know there were any issues. I took a risk moving from a comfortable job where I flew through probation with flying colours and not one negative comment and was offered a promotion to this company where I suddenly lost my job in my 3 month probation meeting. The reasons for this were unacceptable and most things could have been improved. An extension of the probation period was not considered. I never felt welcomed, and the company culture was very distant for those not in London. This job really destroyed my mental health and confidence in my abilities and has extremely affected my life as a whole. Do not work here.
