This is false, as with any company, sales at the extent of all else is their bottom line. -Favoritism and nepotism are rampant throughout management. -They repeatedly make false promises while stunting employees' professional growth, despite still expecting blind obedience. -Higher management will actively talk negatively about their employees. -Complete lack of work-life balance. -Expect even base-level employees to take on more of a workload than their job description without proper compensation or even acknowledgment. -Casual comments of racism and sexism are not unusual. -Improperly handled sexual harassment cases. -The Saturday lunches they promise are not guaranteed. -Objective outside family and friends have referred to the company as a "cult".
