Business first before anything else, staff health in particular. In times of company struggles of which there has been more than one during my time at THP, management cut salaries by 20% whilst directors enjoy the same benefits and remunerations.
The rate of staff turnover is very high and results in senior staff consistently struggling to manage jobs at the expense of you the employee.
Salaries for design roles reflect the rock bottom of our professional pay scale, but this is due to the simplicity and lack of variety of incoming jobs.
