Pros

- Team members in local branches are great. - Some flexibility with schedule when no appts are set by Corp Office. - Can earn a very fair wage during busy periods. - You can build life changing relationships with clients that do well on the program. You really can make a difference. - Constant verbal/text affirmation (sometimes to a fault). - Sales leads are screened, and qualified, decently the majority of the time. Meaning, all appointments feel valuable to sales team AND the prospects. - As it stands, I would not recommend employment with the Health Dare to a friend, but it is right on the cusp of becoming a company I would. There are a lot of Pros that nearly balance the Cons.

Cons

- Onboarding and training in inconsistent and incomplete. - Affirmations frequently given in between criticism, making it difficult to know where you actually stand. - Non existent PIPs. From day to day, an employee may receive adoration or negative feedback for conducting the same activity in the same manor. - Feedback is asked for, but can be received poorly/defensively by Execs. Not all employees may experience this, though. It is likely the result of strong willed parties on both sides. - Schedule can be difficult (M-Sat, 8-8). - No Health care plan/benefits for full time employees. (Other than $2k HSA) - Follow through from support team can be sporadic. You will be expected to stop what you are doing in favor of what your manager would like you to do at that moment. This CAN be difficult when meeting dates/times are changed last moment, which did happen several times during my tenure. This may not be a con for someone less schedule oriented, though. Type As may find this an unwelcome stress. - Transparency is sometimes hard to see, but is likely linked to the issues of the training/onboarding process.
