Contractors treated poorly - Program Manager The Home Depot Employee Review

There are so many management levels and no one does anything. Very little leadership. Full time employees are called Aprons and most treat contractors poorly. Tenure of 3 years for contractors so they are constantly loosing all the knowledge of the only employees actually doing the work. Nothing gets done because the full time employees and 7 layers of management don't do much of anything.
