I work directly with the CEO & Founder of Hope. As her assistant, I see how thoroughly she runs this organization. She cares about the organization, the students, and the employees. She is one of the most organized individuals. The benefits are amazing here at Hope. The Human Resources Department is so helpful, especially when you first join the team! Hope also has several locations that are all adequately operated. It is amazing to see how quick the company is expanding. It shows the true success of the company, which originates directly from the CEO! The CEO interacts and participates in every meeting she can get involved in. I think that really reflects her level of dedication towards the organization. I can't say that I have worked at a place where the CEO is that heavily involved with her staff. The staff is truly a team and are always helping one another out. When I first started here, I remember how helpful the other employees were in regard to all of my questions. This all just greatly contributes to the positive work environment at Hope! Do not hesitate on applying here!
