      Nothing to mention pro. You simply work for free amount.

      Cons

      The hardest part of the job. The employers are unprofessional. And employees wont receive salary for their hardest night shift time work. Even though the clients are from foriegn. And they wont encourage your work instead they put so much pressure to complete deadlines.
