This is the best employer I've ever worked for. There is great team spirit. The owner is always walking around and speaking with the employees. He lets the Managers get on with the task of management. Some people might have trouble with being managed by the statistics in their area, but probably only those who produce very little. Work is graded on actual production, not hearsay. (What a concept!) There is a strong work ethic, so if someone doesn't make the grade they were possibly lazy and looking for a "cushy" job. There is a decent insurance plan, a 401K and an ESOP. There are a number of people here with over 20 years of employment history with this company. That speaks volumes. The one negative I read was likely written by a temp who just couldn't handle a real job. I am not an owner, so this is coming from my experience as an employee.

You will be expected to produce real results in your area. You will be managed by your results, not by any hearsay or opinion.

Very nice people and environment. I was very surprised by some of the previous reviews. I have been with the company.for over 10 years Never have I been pressured by any beliefs of the owners. He has never stifled anyone from their own religion nor stood in the way of freedom of expression. Lots of flexibility. Most of the employees have been with company a lot longer than me and we would not stay if we had been treated poorly. No place is perfect however they are always open for chains and many things have changed for the better over the last decade

well they do offer many selections in a benefits package benefits are a little bit on the pricey side but that is so true for so many smaller companies in today's economy
