Pros

People at the company are great

Cons

If you're good at pretending things are going well, you'll do great here. But behind the dog and pony show, it's messy. When customers complain repeatedly, that's the only time anything might change. But it'll be hell for the team. Which is a great way to value employees. The company values also encourage people to do more than they should for no additional $. The core values are: Excellence, Grit, Get It Done Mindset, Positivity, Invested and Coachable. You'll be reviewed on these quarterly with your manager. I'm curious how each of these are judged fairly and equally across the company. Is that even possible? Some might say thats just small business or startup culture, but at what point is that an excuse... Just sayin

Pros

Talented and Resilient Colleagues: The immediate team/department is composed of highly capable, collaborative, and resilient individuals who consistently step up to mitigate organizational chaos.

Cons

The company enforces a pervasive and unhealthy expectation of commitment that is directly linked to mental and physical exhaustion. This is even beginning to visibly take a toll on senior leadership & management.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We appreciate your recognition of the talent and resilience within our teams – the people are truly what makes Impact an incredible place. However, we’d like to clarify the concern regarding expectations of commitment. At Impact Partnership, we set high standards because we believe in delivering exceptional results for our clients and creating opportunities for our team members to grow. This is clearly defined in our core values: Excellence, Grit, Get It Done Mindset, Positivity, Invested & Coachable. These expectations are never intended to compromise mental or physical health. We actively encourage open communication and provide resources to support balance and well-being. While we understand that challenges can arise in any fast-paced organization, we remain committed to ensuring that our culture reflects both excellence and care for our people. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll continue to listen and improve—but we also stand by our belief that commitment and resilience are key drivers of success for both individuals and the company.
