Pros
It's an incredible place to learn and has opened up a lot of doors for me in the world of data, having no prior experience in the industry. On a personal side, I feel like the Information Lab cares for me as a person and has provided me with a lot of support. It's a company that is always open to hearing suggestions of how it can improve.
Cons
We are given a lot of freedom and autonomy from very early on. This can be a challenge if you feel you need more feedback or guidance - in my experience, you can get these things but you have to be proactive about it.
