      Pros

      Enjoy my coworkers. Cooks make good food. Facility is clean and well maintained.

      Cons

      Nurses don't seem to care sometimes. Residents who are full assists living on the ASSISTED LIVING portion of the facility, often 2 people assists, making the work of RAs more stressful.

      Pros

      Good company, good people to work with, good management. Very good in training and working with peoples’ schedules.

      Cons

      The salaries could be a bit better, but all in all, there are really not many cons to give.

      Pros

      The elderly are fun to work around and get to know. You always get to pick up more hours, only because the retention rate is so low here people quit everyday.

      Cons

      People quit their jobs here constantly, so when you work your usually doing 3 people's jobs all for minimum wage.
