Love this industry had my eyes opened - Sales Associate The Interactive Team Employee Review

This job is a fantastic stepping stone for going into a real sales job. The interactive team and their multi-level marketing strategy is effect in building a strong sales ability, ambition, determination and an extremely strong work ethic in young individuals. This job is great STEPPING STONE for people with a desire to achieve more however should not be considered long term.

The “CEO’s” pitch a very glamorous picture of what it looks like at the top of the pyramid making it seem as your life should be worked towards teaching this goal. They will manipulate, lie and have you extremely overworked into thinking this job is the be all and end all however it is absolutely far from it. This job does give you the necessary skill set to go and achieve great things however I would give it a maximum of 6 months as the rest will be a complete downward spiral waste of your life.

Flexible with working hours, good atmosphere.
