Lot to learn Good management

I could not find any cons

A good place to learn. The firm is small, therefore, take advantage of all you can learn. This place is a good stepping stone to learn a lot.

Executive Management does not show appreciation to the hard workers. Company Executive's attitude is his way or the highway. There are no bonuses at all. Insurance is 100/check, which is high. There is this one lady who has worked there for years but cannot seem to keep any employees to stay in her department because she is difficult to work with and she complains about everyone else.
