When inquired, faced aggression and negativity instead of support. - HR manipulates employees to boost Great Place To Work survey scores. (They also encourge employees to leave positive reviews on their website after giving them FREE products) - Personal experience of bullying by direct manager. - Inexperienced managers lacking industry knowledge oversee skilled teams. - Absence of proper career path or growth structure. - Minimal benefits provided; basic legal requirements touted as perks. - Low wages for most staff, especially non-managerial roles. - Pay raises impossible within the company; changing jobs seems to be the only option. - Raised concerns met with defensiveness; gaslighting about the company's flawless nature. - This was consistent throughout my time. - Skilled individuals either leave voluntarily or are pushed out for not conforming. - Due to the line manager's consistent unavailability, direct communication was challenging. When seeking guidance from another department, the response was unfortunately negative.
