Range of job opportunities - Small staff - personal attention - helpful interviewers - some dispatchers more professional than others. Kind and thoughtful.
Cons
Find reasons not to pay a $100 bonus for referrals who get jobs through them. Very annoying to say the least. This happened couple of times to me and others who work for them.
