Pros
Management always lets you know what the goals are for the company, where we are headed, why we are headed there, and how we're going to get to that goal. I appreciate that because I love to be a part of something that will always strive for progress. it inspires me to work that much harder.
Cons
Since I've gotten here everything has been fair to the employees, we are expected to do our jobs and if we don't there is consequences. That's fair to me, plus we have an amazing view of New York City, so no cons.
