      - No Benefits - Full-Time hours (40+) but only labeled as 'part timer' - Unable to participate in company events and functions because of 'part time label' - Alienated - Felt like always on the outside looking in with this company

      I love my job! The people are great, my work is interesting, lots of change that avoids professional stagnation and allows for my career growth.

      Cons

      Work can feel overwhelming at times, but that is often what pushes me to do better.
