-Owner, Jackie, whom is also the head chef, is unprofessional and disrespectful to her staff on a daily basis. -Management is always bickering with each other and talk poorly about each other to staff. -Extremely high turnover rate due to an unsettling environment and management not getting along. -Management is almost always never on the same page. You will be told to do something one way just to have another manager tell you it’s wrong in a demeaning way. -Training program is almost non-existent. They don’t give you the tools to succeed and blame the employee for any inconsistencies or issues. -No employee discount on food. They have a small employee menu that you can pick from but that’s it. -Entire staff seems unhappy there and not a great place to spend your time at. -Sanitation is not taken seriously here. Towels are re-used for 2-3 shifts. Fridges are never deep cleaned, shelves with layers of sticky residue and dates on prepped food items are changed.
