I honestly can't think of any, this was the worst career move for me.
Cons
I had to write a review about this business purely because it was such a bad experience. The CEO seems pleasant however she is a smiling assassin so do not be fooled into thinking she cares about 'the people'. On a Friday she meets with all the employees and discusses things like what is potentially impacting the business, I guarantee this review will be seen by her. She then addresses this by getting employees to enter positive reviews, this has also been done for the business google reviews. Non of the team leaders are experienced, they are all young people who don't look the part and who are poorly educated. I must add that the male team leaders, although there were only 2, were far more professional.
