Pros
The management team are able to walk that very thin line between being your friend whilst also being your boss. I love this style of management because it means that you respect them whilst you're at work but then you're still able to go for a drink with them outside of work. This is a severely underestimated way of working because you want to work for and with these people.
Cons
Less so about Lost and Found itself but more so just the types of customers you will get when working there. Naturally in this line of work, you will have to deal with difficult customers, however if you want to work in Knutsford, be prepared to deal with your fair share of them.
