Good small town location, if you like the north shore of Long Island.

Cons
Micromanagement to the extreme. Reverse pyramid structure. Everyone works directly on top of everyone else.
Company places undue stress and pressure on underpaid employees, expecting remote work to be done on weekends, and have an "at any cost" mentality while doing it.
LLC structure leads to a singular "guru" senior management. All major decisions come from a single persion.
Very poor marketing and co-ordination between locations. Company relies on 2-3 core customers, and has a diverse but unloyal client base.
High churn rate of new employees. Like the customer base: no trust, and no loyalty.
