A full time job with standard benefits. Closes early on Fridays (3:30) all year. Get some Jewish holidays off. Reasonable policies for working at home on a snow day. Some of the people are nice. The inside offices are nice.
Cons
The company is usually in a state of chaos due to constant changing priorities and unrealistic timing. It has been understaffed for years. The result is some employees are doing their role plus other roles because the company is too focused on saving a penny so they won't hire enough people. Unbalanced workload– some people have heavy workloads and too many responsibilities. Others have free time for gossiping, finding ways to be offsite "on business" and surfing the web. Poor communication between upper management and the staff. Roles and expectations not clearly defined. BTW Bruce Bossily is not the CEO and hasn't been for years. There have been many CEOs over the past several years. I guess it is hard to keep track.
