Pros
Mature feeling business despite being only 12 years old. Management is open to change and keeping the business moving forward. There is a good working culture and employees are highly respectful of each other.
Cons
There are some growing pains as the company grows rapidly although this is recognised and improvements are being implemented. Some teams are under resourced so can create bottlenecks but again, this is recognised.
