4 day working week is about it.
Cons
Toxic culture. Leadership team is a hunch of bullies and it comes from the top. It used to be a lovely friendly company that cared for it employees. New CEO including making longstanding employees redundant and remote workers to get pushed out. you gotta be good mates to go places there, else you'll be left in the dirt! Clive was the best, it was a warm place to be back then.
