Cons
* it's a good company if you are an experienced chap but not as a fresher. The training which is provided to the Freshers is very little and infact I would say no training is provided to the Freshers at all. They will have to learn from there peers. 2. The company's owner is bit frustrated almost all day along and we can see that frustration falling over the staff. 3. Half of the management left the company, first the vice president for operations followed by the ops manager. 4. Team management and handling is missing which forms the steel frame of any organisation. 5. If you really wish to groom your self along with your personality, stay away. If not, it's your choice anyway. 6. Most of the employees working here are localities hence the management didn't feel having the transportation facility necessary. 7. Working Saturday. Literally you sleep whole Sunday and hence won't be able to enjoy with your buddies. 8. Shift extensions by as long as 2 hours beyond the legitimate working hour is a common scenario.
