Eman Khatab , in the HR department, has been the most patient and helpful HR person I have ever encountered. she has been clear and concise, and made what is usually a complicated process, as seamless as can be expected. TheMatra has not only very smart people, but also very good people that treats each other with respect and supports each other. We have kept up with technology trends and this has truly helped my career, also company sponsored team outing, and I’m rewarded fairly and often. My colleagues are my friends. Our culture is real, non competitive, family friendly and always top of mind

Every startup may suffer at the beginning of problems and each company will deal and react to those problems differently. I think this will not be negative if the company tries to cure those problems and try to avoid their recurrence reallyI love what this company does to avoid problems

The provided breakfast at the office I didn't like that much :( They need to allocate more time for the knowledge share inside the premises there are Ex Amazon, facebook, and Vodafone employees who have a lot to share
