To succeed at MFO means performing like a circus monkey for incompetent people that insist on running their business with ethics and goals stuck in the 1970s. Talented, good people work at MFO, but the president maintains such a toxic work environment that it is actually challenging to even last a year. In my nine months, I saw 19 employees leave, most of them fired for asinine reasons. That kind of turnover speaks for itself.
