Pros
Amazing projects with an amazing team. Leads and Supes were very helpful whenever there was an issue whether that be on a shot, finding elements, client note clarification, or direction of look, ..etc. Not only them, but everyone else was welcoming and open to help when they can. There were some training days when work was slowing down so that we can learn some new skills. Each week on a Monday we had meetings that kept us updated about projects as well as new news about the company so we were always informed. We had outings/gatherings whenever possible to chill and relax with our coworkers.
Cons
My time at Molecule has been great. Nothing really stood out at least for me as a con, but minor hiccups such as communication were quickly addressed.
