Pros
You get free coffee and tea, but only coffee and tea. Not food, frappes, smoothies, cold brew ect. You only get ten percent off of everything else and this place is expensive.
Cons
They say they pay $18-25 an hour, BUT they pay 8 an hour and the customers tips pay the rest! They want you to brown-nose and only those who do get good shifts. The owners watch and listen through the cameras at the shop ALL DAY. In August of 2023 they fired their ENTIRE STAFF, except for 2 girls who would do whatever management asked, no questions asked. The training process is brutal and you can expect to not earn tips for about 3 months. The shift leader have their favorites and will gossip and speak ill about other workers with them still in the room. Management expects you to literally run outside to take car orders rain, lightening, or 110 outside. No breaks and 8 hours shifts. You will get written up for anything and everything and everyone snitches to get on managements good side. It’s a very volatile place. The girl manager can be a bully and will embarrass you in front of customers and coworkers. She’s the main problem. There are a lot of issues here, but the fact that they aren’t transparent about tips, they lie about how much they pay (the customers pay more than half of your paycheck), they fired over 10 girls in a day (including girls who had been there for 3+ years) and are now hiring again? Seems extremely fishy. You better be willing to bend over backwards and don’t forget to smile.
