Pros
I am new to the company. Before I joined TMVC, I was aware it was quite different from my previous work but decided to step out of my comfort zone. It’s not bad actually. The seniors have vast experience in the industry where they are willing to teach, and for you to learn from. The company is standing strong and has a good reputation with its clients and channels for this reason. The staff are professional and do not beat around the bush. If you are passionate, love what you are doing and are willing to learn, this is the place where you want to be. There is definitely a learning curve. “Storms may shake you, but they also have a way of revealing your strengths”.
Cons
Everyone is very focused at their work. Perhaps it's good to have some breather occasionally.
