Pros
Decent benefits and a generous time off policy.
Cons
If you're not one of their advisers they really won't care much about you. They used to care about all the employees but now they only cater to the advisers (including those that can't do their jobs) while the rest of the company does just as much to run the ship. Sure, they'll pat you on the back and give you verbal accolades, but that will never translate into promotional opportunities or monetary compensation. If you get a bonus, assume the adviser gets 10x or more above and beyond yours regardless of how much effort you put in compared to them.
