-Very "corporate" for a privately held company -Fairly old school in their corporate practices -It is very much up to your manager and direct leadership to give you opportunities for growth or push for your promotion -Every team opperates very differently which means the same job title can vary accross the organization -Year-end ratings are not fully reflective of your work (ratings are heavily revenue driven)
