      Pros

      Wonderful co-workers. Love the emphasis on serving givers as they seek to honor the Lord thru gifts. I've met amazing givers

      Cons

      Very large organization and its spread out over the US, so it can be hard to get to know certain divisions. Still, NCF does a good job helping employees build bonds with co-workers in their respective divisions.

      Pros

      I loved working with my coworkers everyone was amazing and truly cared for each other. The president of the location I worked was a great leader. Our team kept prayer for each other, givers, advisors, and charity leaders at the forefront which was so beautiful. I would definitely recommend NCF.

      Some locations don’t offer parental leave.

      Pros

      Professional environment but it feels like you're working with friends. Amazing benefits and HR team that truly cares. Leadership will generously invest in you and your professional improvement. Work/life balance is no joke here, you are encouraged to take vacations and not waste any time off opportunities.
