Disagreement with mangagment's ethics - Budtender The Novel Tree Employee Review

Two times in a single year, this store has lost all of its staff. They are currently closing early due to insufficient staff. Management sends inconsistent messages. My coworker was sexually harassed by a shift lead, and after reporting, the management turned against her and terminated her employment less than two months later. Another shift lead was retaliated against for reporting tip theft and forcing the issue, and was terminated as well.
