Pros
Some lovely team members Opportunity to purchase heavily discounted tickets Can be flexible as zero hour contract
Cons
High staff turnover Low pay in comparison to responsibilities, and dealing with a lot of badly behaved drunks. Continued exposure to excessively loud music You'll likely be waiting weeks or months to be onboarded Management expect you to be available in your personal time for unnecessary "catch up phone calls". You are expected to share lots of availability and then wait weeks for your allocated shifts and threatened with disciplinary action for not picking up enough shifts or if you cancel due to changes in your availability. You are forced to attend trainings on your days off.
