      A lot of good women left to find jobs where they can move up. If you are a woman in the alumni association or development plan to be overlooked for promotions and your voice will not count.

      The projects are unique and exciting. Pay is Ok. Co-workers are helpful and excited to be there.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy causes all of the turnover. Project Managers are thrown under the bus every time leadership gets involved.

      Collaborative culture in the Office of Student Life. Excellent colleagues who are committed to their work. Pay is competitive for the area and with peer institutions. Excellent benefits and retirement plan.

      I didn't have any cons to my time at Ohio State, it was a great experience.
