      People here are really good

      They have no work and whatever work they have or they do its so mediocre that I felt i did better job when I was just out of college. There is no process and no matter how much ever you try the leadership will try to put you down. (Work wise)

      Pros

      The people are fantastic and you get to work with the same global clients as at massive network agencies, but with the freedom you get from an indi. The owners will always provide opportunities for good people who work hard to learn and grow which is clear from the number of people there who have worked in the business for 10 years or more. Lots of initiatives like time back for working late, housekeeper who cooks lunch etc to make sure they're looking after the team.

      Split of teams across 3 studios can make communication hard / slow at times
