As example, my team has been with OCC from 5-20+ years which lends to the exceptional culture at OCC to retain them. This also provides an opportunity to new hires to gain mentors with a wealth of knowledge -career growth opportunities. Several directors started in lower level positions and moved around in different departments. Mike Hansen and Dan Busby are great examples of this.
