I joined OCC around 10 months ago and highly recommend working at this organization. My team is very knowledgeable and supportive in my learning and development. Joining OCC has definitely elevated my career and opportunities and the work can be engaging and interesting if you keep curiosity. Additional notes below. -OCC promotes networking and cross-departmental engagement which results in seamless cooperation in projects and identifying helpful contacts in various departments -Comparatively exceptional employee and management retention. As example, my team has been with OCC from 5-20+ years which lends to the exceptional culture at OCC to retain them. This also provides an opportunity to new hires to gain mentors with a wealth of knowledge -career growth opportunities. Several directors started in lower level positions and moved around in different departments. Mike Hansen and Dan Busby are great examples of this.
