Huge market share - loads of influence at DSPs.
Cons
Client base is too large to provide attentive service. Majority of labels and artists will never be serviced to retail. Whether your release is flagged to be pitched is heavily dependent on label manager’s competence and retail team member’s knowledge of genre coupled with the ability to utilise internal analytics systems. Can be very hit and miss.
