Pros
Travel - You'll wake up one day and you're in the caribbean or hawaii or alaska, then the next you're somewhere else. Money - The money can be great. You'll get paid in many different ways, but its mostly commission and incentives for the numbers you produce. There is a nominal base pay (nothing you can live off of). The earning potential is unlimited. Could be a life changing job. People - You will meet people from all over the world. Make friends in every country, and learn about different cultures.
Cons
These are all double edged swords. See why: Travel - You are away from family anywhere from 4-6 months at a time. So you will undoubtedly miss whats going on back home. Money - You have to produce good numbers to make good money. If you aren't producing, you won't make money. People - Sometimes its hard working on a cruise ship where not everyone can understand exactly what you're asking/saying. So it makes a task that should be 2 minutes like 30 if you don't have good communication skills. All in all, even the cons can be a great experience and teach you lessons that you can take with you in all of your future endeavors.
