Pros

Genuinely beautiful, accessible office. Most days are a true 9–6, which is increasingly rare. Bonuses do happen and are structured fairly. Hybrid work environment.

Cons

Leadership will always prioritize visibility and perception. If you’re not loud, you might as well be invisible. PR outranks the actual work. Creativity is an accessory, not the engine. Maternity leave technically exists, but not to the extent you'll find at other agencies. AFAIK Paternity leave is not provided. Ask for clarification during interviews if this is important to you. Promotions are political. Plenty of effort can result in very little movement. High turnover and the low morale that comes with it.

Pros

The people make The Partnership. They're scrappy, talented, and truly care for each other. From day one, my career goals were heard and supported. If you're looking for an employer who cares and a fun/energetic culture, look no further.

Cons

The days are busy, but the work is worth it.

Pros

• Flexible working framework • Kind colleagues

Cons

• No check and balances in leadership, CEO holds all the cards and appears friendly until you ask a question about a decision or become more “visible” to a client than she is • Colleagues fired with zero written documentation or performance review plan • No professional development plans or career trajectory • Job description does not match roles and responsibilities • Unclear information regarding promotional opportunities and/or cadence • A lot of discussion about culture, but lack of consistent demonstration • Inconsistent feedback and approach to solutions • Poor maternity/paternity policy • Poor PTO policy • Inconsistent bonus policy, no concrete bonus structure • The agency sells itself as having healthcare work at its core, however there is only one consistent healthcare client • Seeking growth an expansion through acquiring other agencies, however compensation for existing employees is always on the lowest pay and with only a 5% increase offered for promotions

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We genuinely value feedback, as it helps us continue to grow and improve. We’d like to provide some clarity around the points you raised. We are committed to offering competitive compensation through an established bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) match, Paid Maternity Leave, and a PTO policy aligned with market standards. As a smaller organization, one of our strengths is the opportunity for employees to gain hands-on experience across a variety of areas, develop transferable skills, and grow in dynamic, evolving roles. While we strive to offer clear career development paths, we also recognize that growth often comes through adaptability and collaboration. We also invest significantly in our culture and employee development through initiatives like our Culture Champion program, ongoing professional development, conference participation, lunch-and-learns, and a workplace grounded in purpose, passion, and partnership. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to creating a supportive and rewarding environment for all team members. If you'd like to discuss your feedback further, we invite you to reach out to hr@thepartnership.com.
