Some fabulous people there who really care about their function and work
Cons
So many.
1. A COO office that condones afternoons spent in the pub where lies, stories and misinformation about colleagues are widely circulated to the gullable and select few.
2. Those who work concientiously are abused for highlighting the incompetence of others.
3. Executive Management fail to action grievances / complaints about members of staff (who often have a record of complaints about them) and acknowledge the toxic work environment and protect those who abuse the system
4. Favouritism - if your face fits, you will get on (regardless of your abilities - the more incompetent you are the better in that respect).
5. Executive Management have no idea on how to act or respect others - there is constant in-fighting and school ground behaviour.
