Pros

A few minor positives, but nothing worth remembering.

Cons

- Employees are pushed to take on several roles that go far beyond what was agreed upon. -Extra work comes without extra pay or even basic recognition. - When you ask for fair compensation, the response is manipulation and guilt. - You are made to feel ungrateful for simply wanting balance and respect. - The expectation is that you give everything and accept nothing in return. - I reached a breaking point after realizing the effort, loyalty, and time meant nothing here. Leaving was the only way to reclaim my self-worth.

Pros

The environment is pretty motivating, especially for agents who like staying active and meeting different clients regularly. There’s usually a steady flow of leads. The team is supportive and people actually share advice instead of treating everything like a competition. Managers stay involved and helpful without constantly micromanaging every conversation. The workdays rarely get repetitive because every client situation is different. The training and support makes you more confident handling listings, negotiations, and client communication. Pay is good and the atmosphere is energetic.

Cons

Weekend work happens pretty regularly in real estate
