Pros
Great company to work for, great location and benefits were very good as well. Really focussed on employee well being and very flexible on their approach. I would recommend this company.
Cons
Some of the political manoeuvring from elements of the organisation were a little disappointing but I believe this is now being addressed with the launch of the Standard Life brand again. This is a minor issue, rather than anything significant.
