My experience at TPC has been very positive these past few years. TPC has a really warm and supportive team, and it’s a place where people genuinely care about each other. It’s a great environment for developing new skills, and team members are given lots of trust and autonomy. TPC do their best to allow employees to have portfolio careers. For example they supported me with flexible working and consistently invested in training courses to help me upskill. Overall, it’s a great place to learn and grow.

It's a small team and so the workload can be high and it's necessary to learn a variety of skills to cope. Work is mostly remote which can also be a plus depending on situation.
