      Pros

      I currently Work At The Prospect Factory in a good office atmosphere, I have had to have some time off due to personal reasons and the Management were fully understanding and provided me with support and continuing to support me now. yes the job can get stressful but what sales role doesn't when theirs plenty of money to be earnt. And i can personally say i have never been spoken down to by management. I have read the negative comments on here and think "are they really talking about the TPF" Maybe thats why they are former employee's and not current (just saying).

      This has to be the best place I have worked for the ceo is amazing full of knowledge and will give you very good tips on sales he is full of knowledge and very willing to help you better yourself, to find someone who is willing to give and invest this much time in you doesn’t exists in the world of work! He is the best at expanding your knowledge and capabilities in the world of the sales well done Dave you are truly great at what you do!

      Extremely rude management that have no people skills. Employs people that would never last in a 'normal' office environment so therefore it makes them feel special to carry on working in such a rubbish company. Management have no morals and asking you to break the law is well within their boundaries. All they think of is the money they are making. Steer clear at all costs, this job will grind you down. Not a happy person in the place. Back stabbing and bullying are normal everyday occurrences. The people that work there permanently are something else!!!!
